5. Course Content & Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and other content provided on Bythe Academy are the property of Bythe Academy or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may access content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content without prior written permission.

6. Payments & Refunds

If you purchase any paid courses or services, you agree to pay all fees as described. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific refund policy for a course. Bythe Academy reserves the right to change pricing at any time with notice.

7. Termination of Account

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Bythe Academy does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the platform at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bythe Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the past 12 months.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
